You only need the odd one out in the kitchen appliance parade, the vertical drill...

which you will require to drill fixing & mounting hole in the back of the mould.

There is an inner form for the actual flame passage itself. This is screwed into the back of the mould & must be parallel, hence the use of the pillar drill.
